Parbet.com is easy to navigate, that is partly due to the lack of areas to actually navigate. The markets offered for wagering are listed on the far left of Parbet's home page. Registration was a big problem. The registration form requested an international phone number. This doesn't seem like such a daunting task, but I have no idea what my international phone number is. I tried various international number options that I thought would work. I checked websites for international calling code numbers. I emailed customer service stating my problem and they emailed me back, "try +46."

Here is a little note to Parbet.com . If you want to get a share of the US gambling market, either give them their international calling code or take the international phone number requirement off of the registration form. 99% of the people walking the street in the US have no idea what their international phone number is.

Wagering

Wagering at a site where you set your own odds can be quite daunting if you are not familiar with wagering odds. You may either "back" a bet, or "lay" a bet. You can set the odds for each of these types of wagers. The wagering software at Parbet.com will actually calculate your win/loss amount for the odds that you are proposing to wager. One of the supposed advantages of using a site like this is that you get better odds than you would with a typical online sportsbook. Unfortunately, the odds on Parbet.com are not much better than a typical online sportsbook once you factor in the Parbet.com commission.

Online Sportbook Research

Parbet.com gets a C- from another popular online review site, but I would have to give them a D due to the general lack of services and opportunities. The only person that might be able to benefit from wagering at Parbet.com would be someone trying to actually make a market as a bookmaker on Parbet.com . The large amount of wagers that one would place would bring your commission structure down to a level that might make it profitable to wager at Parbet.com .

Promotions

Parbet.com has an initial bonus promotion of 10% maxed out at $20.00? That's right. The most you can deposit and get a signup bonus on is 200 bucks. The bonus has to be wagered three times before you can withdraw your cash. Parbet.com does have an interesting multi-level payout on their referral program.

Sportsbook Customer Service

Parbet.com customer service is very sub-par for the gambling industry. The live chat operator was never available. There was not a customer service phone number and the disclaimer next to the customer service email stated that emails would be returned within 24 hours. I did get a quick response (one hour as opposed to 24) to my email regarding needing help with my international phone number and the message was "try+46." Try +46? Nope.

Bottom Line

If you just intend on making small straight wagers and you are not very concerned about getting your bets matched, then you may be satisfied with Parbet.com , but I will lay you 10 to 1 that you would be happier at another online sportsbook.
