BeverlyHillsBookie seems to be a reputable site that players love. It also appears to have a flair for Hollywood. BeverlyHillsBookie was apparently going to publish odds that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez would get married and allow players to wager on this. I wonder what happened to this...such an interesting concept in the world of celebrity. Relationships in the Hollywood scene are a game in themselves!
Some sites have given BeverlyHillsBookie bad reviews - like C+ grades. They just did a site redesign within the past year. Previously, the site was probably having problems when it was given a C+. Now it's good to go!
Customer Service
BeverlyHillsBookie features great customer service. With the amount of questions I poured onto them, you would have thought their patience would have diminished. To my surprise they were very cooperative and knowledgeable. Some of their customer service representatives had slight accents. This might be because the company is based in Costa Rica.
Registration
It was easy to sign up and register. The hard part was signing up for a NETeller account. However, if you already have a NETeller account, the process is easy. I called customer service for help and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are 3 buttons on the side that guide you through your road to winning (or losing): Sign up, deposit, start winning. Simple instructions make this easy. Read the FAQs for more information.

Let the Games Begin: Gaming Interface
It is easy to place a bet or wager. The left frame displays the games you are able to bet on. Once you click on the game you want (teasers/pleasers, if-win-push, horses etc), you select the sport you want and select your wager. Unfortunately, no handicap information is displayed. You can easily see all your transactions by clicking on history but there is no help section. I called customer service to ask some dumb questions and they were very helpful.
Wagering: BeverlyHillsBookie has many more teaser options than a typical sportsbook. For example, BeverlyHillsBookie may have the same odds as their competitors but you may have up to 15 teams with a 10 point teaser. Most companies only let you have 3 teams. Basketball and football have the most options for wagering...naturally. Since much of their audience is from the US, they have catered to the sports part of good-old-fashioned Americana. BeverlyHillsBookie is great because it has international soccer and special baseball props.
Say it's the middle of the night and you accidentally placed a $1,000 bet. You're not in luck, because the only way to cancel a wager is with the manager's approval. Unfortunately, no managers are on duty in the middle of the night...If only canceling was just a simple click away.
What if My Game isn't Posted?
Don't worry! If I wanted to bet on antelope races in Timbuktu, all I would have to do is call customer service 24 hours prior to the race and let them know that I would like to bet. They will put some odds together for any sport given 24 hours notice.
